Gerry McIlraith

Chief Executive Officer

Gerry joined Pangaia Partners in April 2002 with over 25 years working for some of the largest financial companies in the world including Deutsche Bank, UBS, JP Morgan, Charles Schwab and Toronto Dominion. For 20 of these years, Gerry held senior management roles in technology.

During his tenure at Pangaia Partners, the company has seen growth averaging 20% each year. Gerry is responsible for the day-to-day operations, growth strategies and continuing the focus on providing world class service to our customers.

Gerry has been married for 30 years, has six children, 3 grandchildren and lives in NJ.


James Hines

Managing Partner

Jim Hines founded Pangaia Partners in September of 2001 after 25 years of business development and sales leadership experience in technology. Prior to starting Pangaia Partners, Jim was one of the founders of an internet start-up Everest Broadband raising over 130 million dollars in venture capital money and instrumental in establishing the firm across the US and Canada as a leading building centric carrier. Jim led an organization of 75 people and opened over 7 offices in an 18-month period.

Before that Jim was the director of sales for a Cisco gold partner The Jannon Group where he opened and staffed their first New York office and in the second year achieved sales of hardware and services over 65 million. The Jannon Group was successfully sold to NEC.

Jim started his career at NYNEX (Verizon) as a Product Developer managing the introduction of several products including Frame Relay, SONET and DWDM working with many global financial firms with the introduction of these new services.

Jim received a BA in Marketing at Fordham University


Jaie Solis

Chief Technology Officer

Jaie Solis brings over 20 years of experience to Pangaia Partners providing technical direction for Pangaia and acting in an advisory role to many of our clients.

Formerly, Jaie Solis was a network architect at Everest Broadband, an Internet startup focused on providing Data, Voice, and Video services direct to commercial and residential buildings. He also held positions at The Jannon Group (now NEC Business Network Solutions), a network and systems integration provider, as well as Verizon Business as part of Customer Network Engineering providing custom solutions to Fortune 100 clients.

Jaie holds a B.S. in Physics from New York University, a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from Fordham University.


John Jeromin

Chief Financial Officer

John Jeromin joined Pangaia Partners in 2013. He started his career at Ernst & Young. He then was hired by Anixter as Vice President of Finance for 10 years where he lived in Europe & Asia for 3 years setting up accounting and operations along with a solid business presence in over 15 countries. The Network Integration business was acquired by AT&T where John led the acquisitions and migration of several of the major Telecommunication Company’s associated with their Network integration accounting, operations and business platforms which included Southwest Bell, Pac Bell, AT&T, SBC & Ameritech. John later accepted a position at Siemens Enterprise Networks. His dual function consisted of leading the Managed Services Team along with implementing a Global transformation for over 20 countries. He later developed a Consulting/Professional Services Team within Siemen’s in order to provide Value add Solutions for Fortune 500 companies. The focus was on end-to-end productivity and ROI benefits associated with Voice, UCC & Cloud Solutions. John later relocated to Florida where he was the CFO at Global Convergence a Privately owned Network Integration & Distribution business. John was an Officer, Board of Director at Global Convergence where he played a major role in developing the financial infrastructure and Banking Partnerships enabling the business to grow double digits year over year as one of the fastest growing privately owned business in the country.

John has a Business degree from Illinois Institute of Technology majoring in Finance and Accounting. He also earned his CPA from the State of Illinois.
